She didn't just go to the easily identifiable firms that do what I do, but she looked at other firms. For me, having a go between that has experience like Christina, being someone who knew my background and had a similar background that had transitioned, it helped a lot to have her input in my resume, my business plan, and the discussions I was having with some of the partners at firms I was meeting with. I haven't worked with a lot of recruiters, but individually, Christina was very knowledgeable and for me the most important part was creative.
